Trainee – AI and Risk Management

Inclus is a Finnish software company working with leading private and public sector organizations in Finland and internationally. We provide our clients with a software solution that supports organizations in managing risks within their own organization. Our roots are in peace mediation, and our technology is regularly utilized as part of conflict resolution by our partners. Inclus is looking for a trainee for the following tasks:

• Using and applying AI tools in selected client projects

• Participating in the development and testing of AI-assisted risk management analysis models and data products

• Supporting clients in technology adoption

• Participating in other client work and/or development according to your interests and strengths

You will work as part of the client team, directly supporting our clients, our product development, and the development of our internal practices.

What we are looking for:

Your educational background matters less than your enthusiasm and ability to learn. You are interested in the opportunities AI brings and have demonstrated experience in applying or deploying AI tools. Experience in defining AI agents or applications is considered an advantage. Knowledge or experience in risk management is an advantage, but not a requirement. You communicate fluently in both Finnish and English.

Practical details:

• Hybrid – remote and office in Otaniemi, Otakaari 5

• Start: early September or by agreement

• Duration: 4 months or by agreement

• Salary: €1,800/month

• University internship grant is considered an advantage, but not required
