The role

What we expect

• Previous experience working as a Software Architect
• Extensive and diverse experience in software development (10+ years)
• Strong expertise across multiple technologies and programming languages
• Hands-on experience with some of the technologies used in our projects, such as React, Java, Node.js, TypeScript, C#, .NET, Azure, and AWS
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills
• A customer-oriented mindset and willingness to adapt to customer project needs, including flexibility regarding ways of working and work locations
• Previous coaching, mentoring, or sparring experience is considered an advantage
