Lead Software Architect – AI-Native Development

Lead our transition towards AI-native software development, using AI coding agents and modern development tools as part of everyday engineering. Make our architecture increasingly AI-readable, including clear data models, APIs, system boundaries and technical documentation. Define and evolve architecture across our applications, integrations, data and APIs. Stay hands-on through prototyping, code reviews, technical problem-solving and selected development work. Challenge unnecessary custom development and find the smartest solution: build, buy, integrate or automate. Improve scalability, security, maintainability and technical quality across the software estate. Reduce technical debt pragmatically while keeping the business moving. Coach developers and raise the technical bar across the team.
